Life is a journey filled with challenges and opportunities for growth. At times, we all need support to navigate these moments and find our path to well-being and fulfillment. Welcome to my practice, where you will find a compassionate, safe, and supportive environment dedicated to helping you achieve your personal and emotional goals.
Sound baths allow for deep relaxation in a group setting. I'll lead you through a soft, gentle soundscape to enable meditation and release. These sessions include a variety of instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other world percussion instruments. Attendees may sit or find a comfortable laying position on a yoga mat or cushions. Sound baths are not available in my studio. Join me for an upcoming scheduled option or contact us to customize something for you and your group.

This is a special session that combines sound with acupuncture and restorative yoga in a spa-like setting. Jointly offered with licensed acupuncturist Zoe Erickson.
