Except in case of illness, cancellations are accepted up to 24-hours before an appointment. Please cancel appointments as soon as you are aware of a conflict to increase the likelihood that someone else will be able to take the time slot. Clients may cancel within 24-hours for illness once every 6 months. Other cancellations within 24-hours are treated as a no-show.
No-shows incur a penalty of $50 per occurence. Clients who schedule and do not show for an appointment prevent me from working with someone else. Please cancel if you are unable to attend. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent you from making your appointment. I do not accept appointments with clients after a second no-show.
Comfortable clothing that moves with the body is best. Avoid zippers, buttons, and snaps when possible.
Sound and Reiki individual sessions typically involve relaxing on a massage table or in a zero-gravity chair. Bolsters and blankets are available and used for your comfort.

Over the course of the hour, I'll utilize sound and Reiki as needed to help you with your goal or issue. Bowls may be used on the body or next to it. Reiki may involve gentle touch or not. All choices are customized to meet your need, and to encourage ease and relaxation.
Yoga individual sessions typically involve working through asana, or poses, as well as breath work and meditation. Sessions may be athletic or relaxing, depending on your goals.

It is best to be comfortable for your session, but general, common-sense rules are suggested:
Avoid heavy meals within two hours of your session. Light meals are fine and encouraged as appropriate.
Limit caffeine and alcohol consumption on the day of your session.
Drink extra water before and after to stay well hydrated.
